Certaines entreprises américaines commencent à proposer des vacances illimitées. Cela signifie que les employés peuvent prendre autant de temps libre qu’ils le souhaitent.

De nos jours, de plus en plus d’employés souhaitent bénéficier d’une certaine flexibilité au travail. Les entreprises pensent que cela empêchera les employés de partir. Cela montre également que l’entreprise fait confiance à ses employés et qu’ils n’abuseront pas de la politique. Mais il y a aussi des inconvénients.

Si certains employés abusent du système, cela se traduira par un surcroît de travail pour leurs collègues. En été ou en hiver, cela pourrait également signifier que trop de personnes prendront des vacances et que la productivité diminuera.

Actuellement, environ 6 % des entreprises américaines proposent des vacances illimitées, dont Microsoft et Goldman Sachs.
