L’accord AUKUS – niveau 2

Le Royaume-Uni, les États-Unis et l’Australie ont présenté un projet de création d’une flotte de sous-marins à propulsion nucléaire.
Le modèle de sous-marin s’appelle SSN-AUKUS, et les ouvriers le construiront en Grande-Bretagne et en Australie. La conception sera britannique, mais le navire utilisera des technologies des trois pays. L’Australie est un pays dénucléarisé et il s’agira de ses premiers sous-marins nucléaires. Le président américain Joe Biden a déclaré que ce fait ne menaçait pas la promesse de l’Australie de rester un pays dénucléarisé.
L’accord s’appelle l’accord AUKUS et les trois pays veulent réduire la puissance de la Chine dans la région indo-pacifique. La Chine a vivement réagi contre ce plan et ses représentants ont déclaré qu’il rendrait la situation mondiale encore plus dangereuse.
