L’accord AUKUS – niveau 1

Le Royaume-Uni, les États-Unis et l’Australie concluent un accord. Cet accord s’appelle l’accord AUKUS. Il porte sur les sous-marins. Un sous-marin est un navire qui se déplace sous l’eau.
Les trois pays veulent réduire la puissance de la Chine dans la région indo-pacifique. Ils construiront des sous-marins à propulsion nucléaire. Les ouvriers construiront ces sous-marins en Grande-Bretagne et en Australie. Mais les navires utiliseront des technologies des trois pays. L’Australie est un pays dénucléarisé. Le président américain affirme que les sous-marins ne changeront rien à cette situation.
La Chine s’oppose fermement à ce projet. Les responsables chinois estiment que ce projet rendra la situation mondiale encore plus dangereuse.
