Kagoshima est une région du Japon. Elle veut vendre du thé à d’autres pays. Le thé s’appelle tencha. Le tencha est utilisé pour faire du matcha. Le matcha est un thé vert. Beaucoup de gens aiment le matcha parce qu’il est bon pour la santé.
Un fermier nommé Kamimuro cultive du thé. Auparavant, il cultivait un autre thé appelé sencha. Mais maintenant, il cultive du tencha. Le tencha rapporte plus d’argent. Pour le cultiver, il doit protéger les feuilles de thé du soleil. Il achète aussi une grosse machine pour sécher les feuilles.
Beaucoup de gens dans le monde veulent du matcha. Mais il n’y a pas assez de tencha. Une entreprise aide les fermiers à trouver des gens pour acheter le thé. Ils veulent envoyer du thé du Japon dans le monde entier.
