Une grande entreprise appelée Deloitte rédige un rapport pour le gouvernement australien. Elle fait appel à l’intelligence artificielle pour l’aider à le rédiger.

Le rapport contient de nombreuses erreurs et des noms erronés. L’ordinateur fait de fausses citations et des histoires qui ne sont pas réelles. Un enseignant trouve les erreurs et en parle aux médias. L’entreprise s’excuse et rembourse une partie de l’argent. Le gouvernement est en colère et surpris.

Aujourd’hui, beaucoup de gens parlent de ce problème. De nombreux travailleurs utilisent l’IA tous les jours dans leur travail. L’IA peut écrire rapidement, mais elle fait parfois de grosses erreurs. Les gens doivent vérifier soigneusement le travail de l’IA. L’IA peut aider, mais elle n’est pas toujours juste ou intelligente.
