En Italie, Carlo Del Buono et Jose Cianni dirigent une entreprise prospère. Ils possèdent un élevage de grillons.

Leur startup, Nutrinsect, produit de la farine de grillons. La farine de grillon contient beaucoup de protéines. Elle ne nuit pas à la nature. Au début, ils importaient des grillons. Mais la ferme de Cianni produit maintenant deux tonnes de farine de grillons chaque mois. En Italie, on peut utiliser les grillons dans la nourriture. Les gens achètent beaucoup les produits de Nutrinsect.

Del Buono est un fabricant de pizzas. Ils essaient de faire de la pizza au grillon. Ils mettent de la poudre de grillons dans la pâte. Certaines personnes n’aiment pas cette idée. Mais Del Buono prévoit d’avoir bientôt une pizza au grillon sur son menu.
