Certains dirigeants européens disent que les États-Unis sont toujours des amis. Mais l’Allemagne dit que les États-Unis ne doivent pas contrôler ses affaires.
Le projet plaît à certains partis d’extrême droite en Europe. Les experts disent que les États-Unis veulent avoir un impact sur l’Europe. Certains Européens s’inquiètent du fait que cela pourrait affaiblir l’OTAN.
Les États-Unis affirment que l’Europe doit se souvenir de son histoire. Certaines personnes disent que ce plan peut créer des problèmes. L’Europe et les États-Unis doivent travailler avec soin pour rester amis.
