Anant Ambani a 29 ans. Il épouse Radhika Merchant. Elle est la fille d’un autre homme riche. La famille Ambani vit dans un gratte-ciel. Le bâtiment coûte 5 milliards de dollars.
Les grandes célébrations durent plusieurs mois avant le mariage. Le mariage dure quatre jours. Il coûte entre 300 et 600 millions de dollars. De nombreuses personnes célèbres viennent au mariage. Certains pensent que c’est bon pour l’économie et que cela permet de montrer les artistes indiens au monde entier. Mais beaucoup de gens sont mécontents parce que beaucoup d’Indiens sont pauvres. Ce n’est pas bien de dépenser autant d’argent pour un mariage.
