Une voie maritime très importante, le détroit d’Ormuz, rouvre enfin.
Depuis le début de la guerre entre l’Iran et les États-Unis en février, presque aucun navire n’avait pu le traverser. C’était un gros problème, car une grande partie du pétrole mondial transite par là. Vendredi, un bateau de croisière appelé Celestyal Discovery a réussi à traverser le détroit. À présent, d’autres navires qui étaient bloqués dans des ports comme Doha et Abu Dhabi se préparent également à partir.
Un cessez-le-feu de deux semaines est en vigueur, ce qui permet aux navires de voyager en toute sécurité. Le cessez-le-feu prend fin le 22 avril, mais le président américain pourrait le prolonger si la situation s’améliore.
