Le hors-bord est incontrôlable – niveau 3

Un marin anglais essayait d’amarrer son bateau lorsqu’il a accidentellement appuyé sur la manette des gaz et a été projeté par-dessus bord. Il avait déjà détaché le cordon d’amarrage et poussé la manette des gaz à pleine puissance lorsqu’il est tombé à l’eau.
Le hors-bord de six mètres de long a commencé à tourner autour du quai. Heureusement, un membre du public l’a repéré et a donné l’alerte. L’équipage d’une embarcation de sauvetage a réussi à monter une ligne à bord du bateau qui tournait, à atteindre la manette des gaz et à réduire la vitesse. Le propriétaire du bateau a réussi à débarquer sain et sauf et a été transporté d’urgence à l’hôpital.
