La Russie possède un nouveau sous-marin appelé Imperator Alexander III. Il tire un gros missile appelé Bulava depuis le fond de la mer Blanche. Le missile frappe un endroit très éloigné sur la péninsule du Kamtchatka.
La marine prendra le sous-marin si le test du missile est concluant. Le sous-marin est équipé de 16 missiles Bulava. Ils peuvent parcourir jusqu’à 8 000 kilomètres.
Le président Poutine renforce l’armée russe depuis 1999. Il dit que la Russie et les États-Unis ne se parlent plus du tout. C’est très grave. Mais les deux pays se reparleront un jour.
