Prada pourrait racheter Versace, une célèbre marque de mode.
Capri Holdings possède Versace, Michael Kors et Jimmy Choo. Capri a des problèmes parce que moins de gens riches achètent des choses chères. L’année dernière, une société appelée Tapestry veut acheter Capri pour 8,5 milliards de dollars. Mais la transaction n’a pas eu lieu. Aujourd’hui, Capri envisage de vendre ses marques.
Prada travaille avec Citi, une grande banque, pour décider si elle veut acheter Versace. D’autres entreprises sont également intéressées par l’achat. Certains pensent que quelqu’un pourrait acheter l’ensemble de la société Capri.
Jusqu’à présent, personne chez Prada ou Capri ne dit quoi que ce soit à ce sujet.
