Michael Douglas se rend au festival du film de Karlovy Vary pour présenter une nouvelle version de Vol au-dessus d’un nid de coucou.
C’est un événement spécial au festival car le film a 50 ans. Douglas a participé à la réalisation du film et prendra la parole avant la projection. Il sera accompagné d’un autre producteur, Paul Zaentz, et de membres de la famille du réalisateur, Miloš Forman. Le film a remporté cinq grands Oscars et est très célèbre. Il a été réalisé par Forman, qui est originaire de la République tchèque. Douglas a également remporté un Oscar pour ce film.
Le festival du film se déroule dans une ville magnifique. Elle a une longue histoire avec le film et son équipe. Douglas et d’autres y ont obtenu le prix Crystal Globe pour leur travail au cinéma.
