Inondations au Kenya – niveau 1

Au Kenya, les inondations font au moins 170 morts. Le président déclare que les habitants de certains endroits doivent quitter leur maison. De nouvelles pluies s’annoncent. Il est dangereux de rester.

L’armée aide les gens à partir. Dans la vallée du Rift, au nord de Nairobi, une grande quantité d’eau détruit une partie d’un village. De nombreuses personnes y meurent. Les équipes de secours recherchent des corps près des rivières. Elles dégagent les arbres et les objets de l’eau.

Le gouvernement se prépare à apporter une aide supplémentaire. Ils diront peut-être qu’il s’agit d’une catastrophe nationale. Mais pour l’instant, ils essaient simplement de mettre tout le monde en sécurité.
