Israël interdit Al Jazeera – niveau 2

Le cabinet de Benjamin Netanyahu a décidé d’interdire Al Jazeera, le réseau d’information qatari. Les Israéliens n’auront pas accès à son site Internet et ne pourront pas regarder les émissions.

Les autorités ont déclaré qu’Al Jazeera soutenait le Hamas et qu’elle était dangereuse pour la sécurité du pays. Al Jazeera a affirmé que ce n’était pas vrai et a l’intention d’intenter une action en justice. Selon le patron d’Al Jazeera, le gouvernement veut cacher des informations sur la situation à Gaza.

L’interdiction fait suite à des problèmes de longue date entre Israël et Al Jazeera. Dans le passé, Al Jazeera a déclaré qu’Israël avait attaqué son peuple et ses bâtiments.
