Les avocats de Duterte disent que la CPI ne peut pas l’arrêter parce que les Philippines ont quitté le tribunal en 2019. Ses partisans veulent qu’il revienne et prévoient des manifestations.
Cette situation est importante pour les Philippines. Certaines personnes pensent que Duterte a rendu le pays plus sûr, mais d’autres pensent qu’il a enfreint la loi et blessé de nombreuses personnes.
