L’Union européenne a mis en place un grand plan appelé RRF. Il aide les pays de l’UE après le COVID-19. Elle y consacre 723 milliards d’euros.

Le FRR donne de l’argent aux pays pour les aider. Le FRR ne concerne que les pays qui font partie de l’UE. Une partie de l’argent est gratuite. C’est ce qu’on appelle des subventions. Les pays ne doivent pas rembourser cet argent. Le FRR accorde également des prêts. Un prêt est de l’argent que tu dois rembourser. Le RRF prendra fin en 2026. Il travaille en collaboration avec d’autres plans de l’UE.

Le COVID-19 nuit beaucoup à certaines entreprises, comme le tourisme et les magasins. Les petites entreprises ont des problèmes comme les retards de paiement. Certaines personnes perdent leur emploi. Il est important d’aider les pays et les personnes après la COVID-19.
