La Chine a des problèmes économiques. Les États-Unis et certains autres pays pensent que cela rendra l’Occident plus fort que la Chine.

Des fonctionnaires de Washington, Rome, Tokyo et d’autres endroits parlent aux journalistes. Mais ils ne veulent pas donner leur nom. Ils disent que l’histoire principale sur la façon dont l’argent circule dans le monde est en train de changer très rapidement.

Auparavant, il semblait que la Chine deviendrait la première puissance économique mondiale et que les États-Unis ne seraient plus aussi forts. Mais aujourd’hui, les choses ne sont plus aussi sûres. À Washington et ailleurs, les gens réfléchissent à la façon de traiter avec la Chine. Peut-être que le pays ne s’affaiblira pas encore, mais il ne se renforcera probablement pas non plus.
