Caméra sur un oiseau – niveau 2

Une superbe vidéo, prise en Belgique en 2011, a été diffusée. Elle a été prise par une caméra fixée sur le dos d’un faucon.

Des scientifiques ont utilisé cette vidéo pour étudier les faucons. Ils se sont intéressés à la physique du vol pendant que les oiseaux chassent. La vidéo a révélé aux scientifiques que les oiseaux utilisent une sorte de “camouflage par le mouvement” lorsqu’ils volent pour attraper leur dîner.

Les oiseaux utilisent également leur large champ de vision pour garder les yeux fixés sur leur proie.
