Les scientifiques étudient la pollution de l’air. De 1999 à 2015, ils l’étudient aux États-Unis. Ils observent la quantité de matières fines dans l’air.

Ces matières fines proviennent de l’industrie, des centrales électriques et surtout des voitures. Un morceau de matière est 30 fois plus petit qu’un cheveu humain. Si tu respires ces matières, elles peuvent pénétrer profondément dans ton corps.

Les scientifiques constatent qu’il y a de moins en moins de ces matières fines. Cependant, la pollution est dangereuse. Elle est liée à la mort de 30 000 personnes.
