Ce magasin a commencé à fonctionner il y a plus de 50 ans. Cet immense magasin de 4 600 mètres carrés vend des objets laissés en déshérence par les compagnies aériennes pendant au moins neuf jours. Il ne s’agit pas d’un magasin d’objets trouvés habituel, les gens viennent ici pour acheter des choses dont personne ne veut. Doyle Owens a fondé ce magasin en 1970, lorsqu’il a vendu des bagages non réclamés qu’il avait achetés à Washington DC.

Si 99,5 % des sacs trouvent généralement leur propriétaire, Owens les vend ou les recycle. Owens vend ou recycle le reste, voire le place dans un musée du magasin.
