La police de New York a arrêté un groupe d’hommes juifs. Un problème se pose avec un tunnel secret sous une vieille synagogue.
Des étudiants du groupe Chabad-Lubavitch fabriquent le tunnel. Ce sont des extrémistes. Le tunnel est illégal. Il relie des bâtiments vides à la synagogue. La police et les partisans du tunnel se battent. Le tunnel endommage la synagogue. Les autorités doivent le fermer. Il n’est pas prudent de pénétrer à l’intérieur.
Une personne inconnue parle du tunnel à la police. La police ne sait toujours pas pourquoi les élèves ont construit le tunnel.
