La France a une nouvelle loi. Les élèves ne doivent pas porter d’abaya à l’école. L’abaya est une longue robe. Les femmes musulmanes la portent.

Certaines personnes apprécient cette interdiction. Mais d’autres s’inquiètent. Ils craignent des problèmes entre les groupes de personnes. La France n’autorise plus les symboles religieux depuis 2004. La France interdit déjà le port du foulard. Les musulmans sont très mécontents de cette mesure. C’est le projet du gouvernement. Le gouvernement préfère la laïcité. La laïcité, c’est quand les institutions religieuses et l’État ne sont pas liés.

Les enfants qui portent des vêtements religieux ont des problèmes.
