L’entreprise a été créée à Montréal, au Canada, en 2003 et opère dans une cinquantaine de pays. Elle offre des services de paiement à des clients des secteurs du jeu et de la cryptographie. M. Reynolds n’a pas précisé le montant de son investissement, mais il a plaisanté sur le profil bas du PDG par rapport à d’autres dirigeants d’entreprises technologiques américaines.

Par le passé, M. Reynolds a investi dans plusieurs entreprises, dont Aviation Gin et Mint Mobile, un service de téléphonie mobile économique.
