Bassirou Diomaye Faye pourrait devenir le plus jeune président d’Afrique. Il est âgé de 44 ans.

Au Sénégal, les gens votent pour un nouveau président. Dimanche, l’autre candidat, Amadou Ba, a déclaré qu’il n’était pas le vainqueur. Cela signifie que Faye a de grandes chances d’être le vainqueur.

L’élection a lieu après de nombreux problèmes au Sénégal. Le président actuel veut que les élections aient lieu en décembre. Mais elles ont lieu maintenant. Faye devient rapidement important dans la politique. Il est emprisonné pendant une courte période.

Le Sénégal a beaucoup de problèmes. Les gens n’ont pas de travail. Les choses sont trop chères. Faye dit qu’il va résoudre ces problèmes. Il veut être juste et ouvert.
