Il y a une nouvelle loi en Ouganda. Cette loi concerne l’argent provenant d’autres pays. Le gouvernement veut savoir qui reçoit cet argent. Il pourrait qualifier ces personnes d’« agents étrangers ».

Certaines personnes sont très en colère. Elles disent que le gouvernement veut empêcher les gens de s’exprimer ou de se plaindre. Un chauffeur de taxi a peur. Il dit que si l’argent provenant d’autres pays cesse d’arriver, il n’aura plus de travail. Sa famille n’aura alors plus d’argent pour manger.

Certaines personnes trouvent que cette loi est acceptable. Le gouvernement devrait surveiller cet argent. Mais de nombreux groupes affirment que cette loi est néfaste pour les affaires. Les gens ne seront plus libres. Tout le monde attend de voir si cette loi sera adoptée ou non.
