Le soleil est très chaud et très actif. Il envoie de grosses tempêtes dans l’espace. Ces tempêtes se déplacent vers la Terre. Elles secouent le champ magnétique terrestre et produisent une forte énergie. Le ciel s’illumine alors. Les gens voient des aurores boréales dans de nombreux endroits.
Les tempêtes causent aussi des problèmes. Les lignes électriques reçoivent une énergie supplémentaire. Les travailleurs essaient de maintenir le système en sécurité. Les satellites dans le ciel ont besoin de plus de carburant parce que les tempêtes les tirent vers le bas.
Le GPS et les fusées ont également des problèmes. Le GPS n’est pas très correct en cas de fortes tempêtes. Les scientifiques observent les tempêtes en permanence et essaient d’aider les gens à rester en sécurité.
