Un tribunal français a condamné Dahbia Benkired, 27 ans, à la réclusion criminelle à perpétuité pour avoir tué Lola Daviet, 12 ans, en 2022. Elle a attaqué et tué la jeune fille à Paris.
Benkired venait d’Algérie et vivait en France illégalement ; elle n’avait pas de papiers pour rester en France. Pendant le procès, elle est restée silencieuse et n’a montré aucun sentiment. Les experts ont déclaré qu’elle n’était pas malade mentalement mais qu’elle n’avait pas d’empathie pour les autres.
Ce meurtre a choqué de nombreuses personnes en France et a amené les politiciens à parler de règles pour les immigrés. Le tribunal peut réexaminer son cas après 30 ans, mais seulement s’il n’y a pas de danger. La famille de Lola a pleuré pendant le verdict et a déclaré qu’il n’était pas juste de l’envoyer en prison pour le reste de sa vie.
