Un juge américain a mis fin au procès de 400 millions de dollars intenté par Justin Baldoni contre Blake Lively. Baldoni a déclaré que Lively avait menti sur le fait qu’il l’avait harcelée pendant le tournage. Il a également poursuivi le New York Times, mais le juge a également mis fin à cette affaire.
Le juge a déclaré que Baldoni n’avait pas présenté suffisamment de faits pour prouver que Lively et d’autres personnes avaient essayé de nuire à son nom. Il peut juger une affaire moins importante concernant un contrat. Lively poursuit toujours Baldoni, et leur procès aura lieu en 2026.
Les avocats de Lively se sont déclarés satisfaits. Ils ont déclaré que le procès de Baldoni n’était pas honnête. Le Times a déclaré que le juge a montré que les journalistes peuvent raconter des histoires importantes en toute sécurité.
