Kilmar García de retour aux Etats-Unis – niveau 2

Un homme nommé Kilmar García a été expulsé vers le Salvador en mars, mais c’était une erreur. Aujourd’hui, il est de retour aux États-Unis et fait face à deux accusations criminelles.
Le gouvernement affirme que Kilmar García a fait une centaine de voyages pour faire passer clandestinement des personnes d’Amérique centrale aux États-Unis pendant de nombreuses années. Bien qu’un tribunal ait déclaré qu’il pouvait être en danger au Salvador, il a été expulsé. Son histoire est devenue très importante et la plus haute juridiction américaine a déclaré qu’il devait revenir pour bénéficier d’un procès équitable. Il a également été arrêté pour excès de vitesse et la police a pensé qu’il participait au trafic d’êtres humains, mais elle ne l’a pas arrêté. Sa famille dit qu’il ne travaillait que dans le bâtiment.
