Le Salvador accueillera les criminels que les États-Unis renvoient. Parmi les criminels se trouvent aussi des personnes appartenant à des groupes dangereux.
Le secrétaire d’État américain, Marco Rubio, rencontre le président du Salvador, Nayib Bukele. Ils parlent de ce plan. Le Salvador récupère déjà ses propres citoyens. Il veut maintenant aider les criminels d’autres pays, comme le Venezuela et Cuba. Le Salvador pourrait également accueillir des criminels américains. Mais il n’est pas certain que cela se produise.
