En Floride, un homme vole un tracteur. Il le conduit sur la route. Il conduit de façon erratique. La police voit sa conduite. Ils roulent derrière lui. Ensuite, la police demande à l’homme de s’arrêter. Au début, il fait ce qu’ils lui disent. Puis il devient violent. Il commence à s’enfuir.

Un policier utilise un taser. Il touche l’homme. Il le fait tomber. Le policier l’arrête. Puis il l’emmène à l’hôpital.
