L’homme est âgé de 19 ans. Sa famille est originaire de Macédoine. Il soutient l’État islamique. Il veut faire du mal à de nombreuses personnes. Il prévoit d’utiliser des bombes et des couteaux. La police trouve des produits chimiques dangereux chez lui. L’homme vole les produits chimiques dans le cadre de son ancien travail.
