Inondations en Russie – niveau 2

La Russie et le Kazakhstan évacuent plus de 100 000 personnes. La fonte des neiges a provoqué de graves inondations dans les deux pays.

Les inondations ont touché des régions comme l’Oural et la Sibérie où les rivières ont atteint des niveaux record. Les autorités ont évacué les habitants des zones inondées comme Orenbourg, où le fleuve Oural a dépassé les niveaux critiques. Des ouvriers soutiennent les barrages, mais la situation reste grave. Dans certaines régions, le niveau de l’eau continue de monter.

Les présidents Poutine et Tokayev ont discuté de la situation. Ils ont déclaré qu’il y avait des inondations dans de grandes parties des deux pays.
