L’appendice se trouve dans notre ventre. Il ressemble à un petit tube. Il se trouve à côté du gros intestin. Le gros intestin extrait l’eau des aliments. Il évacue le reste de la nourriture de notre corps.

Les scientifiques ne savent toujours pas pourquoi nous avons un appendice. Il s’agit peut-être d’un organe important pour certains animaux. Nous avons évolué à partir de ces animaux.

L’appendice est toujours dans notre corps. Nous n’en avons pas besoin. Nous pouvons vivre sans lui.

Certaines études affirment que l’appendice est important. Il contient de bonnes bactéries. Elles aident à digérer les aliments. Elles combattent certaines maladies.

L’appendice peut rendre les gens plus forts. Les personnes qui n’ont pas d’appendice peuvent avoir des maladies plus graves.
