Les artistes et les écrivains peuvent désormais utiliser Mickey et Minnie Mouse librement. Ce changement intervient après 96 ans.

Disney ne causera pas de problèmes. Mais il y a bien sûr quelques règles à respecter. Ce changement concerne les anciennes versions de Mickey, comme le Mickey en noir et blanc de ‘Steamboat Willie‘.

Disney contrôle toujours les versions ultérieures de Mickey, comme le sorcier Mickey de ‘Fantasia‘. De plus, Disney a une marque spéciale sur Mickey, donc personne d’autre ne peut l’utiliser comme ils le font. Tu ne peux pas utiliser Mickey Mouse comme mascotte. Mais si tu veux créer ton propre ‘Steamboat Willie‘, vas-y et sois créatif !
