L’année dernière, les garde-côtes américains ont sorti des colis de cocaïne de la mer près de l’Équateur. Près de trois tonnes de cocaïne se trouvent à l’intérieur. Une telle quantité de cocaïne coûte 700 millions de dollars. C’est la moitié de la quantité que les habitants d’Australie consomment en un an.
La police australienne et les autorités américaines veulent briser un réseau de drogue international. Ils ont un plan pour y parvenir. Ils utilisent de la fausse cocaïne. Les agents fabriquent des paquets qui ressemblent exactement aux paquets contenant de la cocaïne. Mais la fausse cocaïne est à l’intérieur. Ils lâchent les paquets dans l’océan.
La police australienne arrête 12 personnes. Trois des hommes font des voyages en mer. Ils veulent trouver les paquets. Ils ne savent pas que de la fausse cocaïne se trouve à l’intérieur.
