Poncho, un cocker de huit ans, est devenu viral grâce à ses compétences en réanimation cardio-pulmonaire qui lui ont permis de sauver des vies. Lors d’une démonstration des compétences des chiens policiers à Madrid, le chien s’est précipité vers son partenaire lorsque celui-ci s’est effondré sans vie sur le sol.

Le chien a rapidement commencé la RCP, sautant et se jetant sur la poitrine de l’officier et nichant même sa tête sur le cou du policier tombé, comme s’il cherchait un pouls.

Poncho a répété la procédure jusqu’à ce que son ami revienne à la vie, et la foule a applaudi à tout rompre.
