Caviar bio – niveau 2

03-03-2026 15h00 Dans le sud de l’Espagne, une ferme fait du caviar bio. Ils le font juste avec des œufs de poisson et du sel, sans aucun produit chimique. Les poissons vivent dans une eau de source propre et mangent bio. La ferme ne presse pas les poissons de grandir. Elle fait environ deux tonnes de caviar chaque année et le vend dans plein de pays. Le caviar le plus cher peut coûter 8 000 euros le kilo. L’entreprise vend aussi de la chair de poisson. Les responsables disent que le label bio montre que le produit est de haute qualité. Certains restos utilisent maintenant plus souvent du caviar, car il n’est plus aussi cher qu’avant. La plupart du caviar dans le monde vient de Chine.
